Yeast Free Pasta Salad Recipe


2 pkg. (20 oz.) fettuccine, rice spaghetti or vermicelli

Little amount of safflower oil

1 tsp. sea salt

2 T. fresh basil

1 tsp. basil, dried

1 tsp. oregano, dried

4 medium tomatoes

1/2 c. expeller pressed safflower oil

You may add: fresh vegetables like broccoli, zucchini and green beans


Cook your pasta according to package directions. You must drain, and properly spread them into serving bowl. You have to combine it thoroughly with a little amount of oil to avoid sticking. Place it inside your refrigerator. When your noodles are chilled, you may now add the rest of the oil. You mix it again. Chop some fresh basil and add it to your salad, along with the dried basil, oregano and salt. Mix it again and then you may add chopped tomatoes and any other unsullied vegetables into extremely small portions. Mix well into your pasta and chill before serving.
